emotional paintings in the gallery loose their "ambiance" when downloaded, is this normal?

My sim didn't have 3 flirty paintings so I decided to download a room that had all of them and they were all masterpieces. When I went to place them in game there was no way to enable the flirty ambiance. Is this normal or is it a glitch? So...do they still give off any kind of flirty aura or effect mood? I also noticed that when my Sim copies her own emotional masterpieces, once you move them out of inventory they loose their "masterpiece" quality and downgrade to "good". Is this happening to anyone else?

Paintings that have been uploaded with an emotion lose that emotion when being downloaded from the gallery.
It is happening in other simmers games too.
