Will sims get pregnant and give birth on your lot?

I'm doing what I call a "cheat legacy" where I basically use infinite money to give my sims anything.
My sim, Emerald and her husband, Don Lothario (you probably already know who he is) have a chamber in their mansion filled with the most expensive everything. The basement has 5 bathrooms, 10 of the most expensive and comfortable beds, etc.
I have the Caliente family (mom and daughters) under there, and as you may know Don has a relationship with well... All of them.
I was thinking I could impregnate them while they're in the basement, have them give birth, and add the babies to my family so Don can raise them.
Will they even get pregnant? Don just tryed for baby with Dina 4 times in a row.
If they get pregnant will they glitch when giving birth, and just be in birth forever?
