RMS TITANIC RESORT / MULTI ENTRAINEMENT COMUNITY LOT

Hello everyone!

I started to work on this build a while ago... at first I kinda wanted to recreate titanic but then realise hey! it is just sims 4 and its pratically impossible as of right now to even get close. Only in sims 3 i seen someone working on titanic and it is subliminal. soooo I thought of building some kind of an musuem.. where we can go and get that titanic feeling and do whatever EA gives us to play with in sims 4 restaurant spa etc. I will also try as much as I can and keep the original design and style of titanic even tho it will definetly not look like titanic but I will give my best to create an amazing lot with a lots of details and services. I will update throught expansion packs/gamepacks. I will also keep this post updated as I progress, pictures will be added whenever I finish an certain area. I also need to say that alot more is done than what im showing in the pictures below. Its just that i do not want to show too much i want to keep the thrill till its upcoming release and also because certain rooms are subject to changes

Your plans for your WIP sound great! The layout of the build is looking very nice! The balconies and stairs look great! The dome type windows look very nice in the build. Very nice restaurant area! It looks nice how the round dining tables and chairs are set up there. The flowers on the tables are pretty for sims to see whilst enjoying eating a meal . The plants are nice touches of nature in the room area. The candlelights add a nice look to the room. The ballerina statue looks nice standing half way down the stairs. Very nice brown wall paneling. It is nice that there is an indoor /outdoor pool in the build. The red carpet flooring outside the hotel rooms looks very nice! It complements with the white wall paneling.
The build is looking great!

I have a question thought, out of subject. I was testing this build the other day with my sims and well I notice we can choose different setting when it comes to community lots... to be either a generic lot. a spa. a bar. a nightclub etc. so I pick the generic one thinking that if I had a coffea shop, a bar etc it would automaticaly add a bartender etc but it seems like everytime I get there I need to hire each and one of them... pianist, catherer, etc etc. so I was actaully wondering if there is a way that when I get onto this build every entertainment spot would be filled with emplyed people. so that the spa would be fully fonctionnal and at the same time you get down for a little dinner with your loved one catherer is there , the pianist, the bartender to serve you. that would just be the perfect atmosphere

Hello.
Try testing out setting the build using the different community lot types and see which is the best type for your build. Test after you have set each lot type and see which you think works best with the sims. Each lot type though has its own requirements with the items needed to be on the lot, so you will to make sure that your build has the required items.

Well I have tried em all and it seems like lounge is the best one since we get a bartender. A musical artist and comedian artist. Other then that we have to hire employee and pay for services which is sad. I would of love to have everything turned on whenever we go on this lot. Yesterday I hired a massuse and a few hours later didnt had time to get a massage that I receive a notification sating he had to go and whenever I need to call them back they charged 800$ lolll like 🐸🐸🐸🐸.

Anyway I spent all night last night working on this build. Its started to be suprisingly fun. Its gonna be a one of a kind community lot
