I have a Question about downloading "Stuff Packs" I have the Sims 4 Base only

Want to know IF I can get the "Stuff Packs" i.e. --- Movie Night.... Party...Hot Tub etc??? OR do I need the Expansions First and Too how do I know Mine is updated back to playing the Sims after years of not playing last played Sims 2 Thanks and Enjoying Simming!!!! Hope you are too!!!! <3 :D :o :) :*

You don't need the Expansion Packs to use the Stuff Packs. But they're all fun, in their own ways.

Yeah, you can just get stuff packs without EPs.

Hello You don't need to have the expansion packs to have the stuff packs in your game. After buying the stuff packs, log in to origin. Click the sims 4 picture in Origin. Click the little "i" button that is next to the play button. That will take you to a screen that shows you what game packs, stuff packs and eps you own. Go to the stuff pack section, and you will find the stuff packs there. You can then download/install them there.
To check that you are updated with patches, right click the sims 4 picture in Orign and click " check for updates"
