    First off I think it would be awesome to have a real-estate job. If you owned your house you paid a mortgage and were able to pay it off, if you rented obviously you would pay rent. However if you were one of the wealthier sims, you owned more than one house you could set a certain amount of rent.


    Just an idea :smiley:

      I love this idea! I like the idea of owning multiple homes and setting rent for tenants.

      no it is clearly something i do not went so very bad idea i do not went the sims4 to reproduce real life its only a game a game i play to escape real life so its a bad idea very bad idea
