The Sims 2 Neighborhood Mod?

Does anyone know the name of that mod that combines all the Neighborhoods in The Sims 2 into one? I think it was on Mod The Sims but I can't find it or recall it's name. Thanks in advance!

It's a bit complicated to install but it would be fun to try.
