Bald and nekkid sims after patch

I only have a few CC hairstyles and clothing & usually there's no problems with updates, but this time it's left all my sims bald and nekkid! I removed the Mods folder for the update then put it back, re-started the game, repaired it etc, but they are still bald and nekkid! I'm having to go to CAS to edit and dress each one again. Has anyone else had this problem?

Updates now temporarily make CC and mods unavailable, so we can check for updates for them. Lots more info here http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/861802/disable-mods-faq#latest

I know CC is temporarily disabled with updates, what I'm saying is that I'm still having problems after I re-enabled them. Also a lot of the townies are bald and nekkid as well. I've had to go through each one and edit them. I've also noticed that many body shapes have changed on my played sims.

If you saved the game while mods and CC were disabled, that would happen. An alternative to putting it all back on, in that case, is to roll back your save; see my signature.
