I really got carried away with this one, so it may contain a few spa items. Give it a try. I can remove items you don't have and share again. I'm just excited to share this build. I do not have the movie stuff pack but made room for you to use it! You provided a wonderful floorplan.

When uploading lots in TS3 I used an image changer to make the pics nicer on the exchange.

Yes, you can make one request for multiply sims. Just make sure you use the correct form for either 3 or 4. Then fill out the pertinent information from Gender to Name Desired for each sim. The rest of the form we assume will be the same for all.

Number of bedrooms: 6 (3 in each "apartment" - 1 for parents and 2 reserved for child/teen)
Specific instructions on decorating the bedrooms (gender, age, etc.)? 1 in both apartments for parents with double bed, 2 rooms reserved to be kids' rooms.
Number of bathrooms: 2 in each "apartment" - one small with only sink and toilet, and the other one with hygiene item
Favorite color schemes: I like bricks, on the outside, any color is good
Colors you dislike: None
Do you want it furnished and decorated? - On the outside of the house, yes please. On the inside, it would depend on how you feel and how you have time: I would be happy to have some rooms furnished and decorated by you, but you can decide which ones. To me, most important is to have the floorplan and the building.
