    House 4.1 is a very nice home! :) Very nice exterior design of the home! The brick texture of the exterior gives a nice look to the home. The dormer looks nice in the build. The lavender looks homely on the edges of the front porch. The open shutter windows are nice touches in the build, Very nice layout of the interior of the home. It is great that there is a basement level with activities for the family to enjoy doing there.
    The home is very nice :)

    House 4.1 is my first attempt at a Sims 4 build. It has three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, basement with lots of activities, and everything's upgraded. Download it here!

    This traditional suburban home features three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, open concept main floor, backyard swimming pool, basement hobby room and playroom, gym, and a sub-basement meditation suite and steam room for your particularly tense Sims. All appliances upgraded.

    Traditional Living is a very nice home! :) The design of the exterior looks very nice! The dormer, the roof covered front porch and the brick texture of the exterior walls gives a very nice look to the home. The red open shutter windows are nice touches in the home. It looks very nice how the plants are on the edges of the front porch and the harvestable plants are lining the front footpath edges. The flowers look very pretty around the base of the tree in the front yard! Very nice seat bench sitting area for sims to enjoy sitting under the shade of the tree enjoying the nice sight of the garden plants and the bird bath. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! It is nice that there is a basement level where sims can enjoy resting in the sauna and meditating quietly on the meditation stools. The hobby and playroom basement level is very nice! Sims will have fun playing card games on the table or video games in the games cube there. Nice corner art nook for sims to enjoy painting on the easel. They will enjoy crafting on the wodwork table. Very nice gym nook for sims to enjoy using the fitness equipment to keep fit. The colour schemes of the bedrooms look very nice.The pink and blue colour scheme of the girls bedroom is pretty.The backyard pool and outdoors living patio is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting poolside in the sunshine on the seats. Child sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars.
    It is a very nice home :)

    The Suburban Craftsman is a four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home that fits nicely into any neighborhood. Home includes formal dining room if you enjoy dinner parties, or just have your informal meals in the eat-in kitchen. The master is on the main floor, with two kids' bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom for guests or in-laws in the basement. Enjoy a luxurious soak in your master jetted tub overlooking the roses, or practice your yoga poses next to the pool. Your family is sure to spend lots of time in the game room challening each other to games of Don't Wake the Llama or foosball!

    Suburban Craftsman is a very nice home! :) The exterior design of the home and the roofing is very nice! Very nice textures of the exterior walls. The red flower box windows look very pretty! The front pathway to the home is very nice! The flowers and plants look very nice lining the edges of the pathway. Very nice sitting area in the front area of the home for sims to enjoy sitting in the sunshine and seeing the pretty yellow greenery flowers on the wall and the water fountain. Sims will enjoy lighting the bonfire in the front garden. Very nice outdoors dining and pool back patio! Sims will enjoy eating meals at the umbrella covered tables that they have cooked on the BBQ. Sims will hsve fun diving into the pool! Nice meditation stool area. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The living room is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting in front of the fire watching tv. The landscape pictures look nice placed at different levels on the side wall. The square panels look nice either sides of the tv on the wall. Very nice colour schemes of the rooms, The clothes and shoes closet in the master bedroom is very nice! Very nice windiws bath tub alcove in the master bathroom! Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in whilst relaxing in the tub. Very nice furnishing of the kids bedrooms! The floral and the dinosaur patterned wallpaper looks nice. The colourful hearts and the dinosaur picture are look very nice on the walls. The gaming room is very great! Sims will have fun playing foosball, the llama tabletop game and in the gaming cube there. They will enjoy painting on the easel. The sunflowers and yellow flowers wall pictures look sunny in the room. The kids playroom looks great! The toy animals look so cute in the room! The kids will have fun playing their own llama tabletop game there or enjoy doing science experiments,
    The home is very nice! :)

    It's cheap is a very nice home! :) The roofing is very nice in the front area of the home and the dormer looks nice. Nice roof covered back porch. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior levels of the home. The open plan living, dining and kitchen looks very nice. Very nice white and brown colour schrme of the kitchen and dining area. The cabinets look nice how they are placed there. The corner tv watching and book reading nook is very nice! Sims will enjoy relaxing on the sofa reading and watching tv. It looks nice how the tv is in the corner and the sofa is angled towards it. The green colour scheme of the master bedroom is calming. The curtains look very nice on the bedhead wall. The pink colour scheme of the girls room is pretty! The books, school bag and bunny are nice touches there. The dinosaur themed and blue coloured boys bedroom looks great! The yellow wall colour of the computer nook area is sunny.
    The home is very nice ! :)

    Smarty Pants Science Club looks great! :) The curved design of the exterior and the way you have used the windows in the build looks very nice! It is a very nice light filled venue for club gatherings! Sims will have great views of the outdoors through the windows. Very nice back patio! Sims will enjoy using the observatory there. The glass roof covered gardening area is great! Sims will enjoy harvesting plants there. It is great that there is a rocket in the build! Very nice layout of the interior of the build! Sims will enjoy using the science equipment both indoors and outside, It is nice that there is a basement level that has a collectibles room, sleeping area and computer lab room. The chairs look very nice how they are placed along the edges of the windows in the foyer area of the build. The scientific items and machines on the equipment floor look great! The barrels and wall signs give a great look to the room. It is nice that there is a kitchenette in the bulld for sims to enjoy sitting at the table eating and drinking after using the equipment in the areas of the venue. The portal and microscope rooms look great! Very nice reading room for sims to rest in the armchairs and enjoy reading a book from the bookcases. The wall of bookcases looks great! Very nice design of the computer lab! The study desks look very nice how they are placed in the room, side by side. It is great that there are many collectibles on display on the shelves in the collectibles room.
    The science club venue is very nice! :)

    I wanted a functional starter that was more than just the basics. This single-story home is perfect for newlywed couples just starting out or for retired couples downsizing.     Sunny Starter is a very nice home! :) Very nice exterior of the home! The roofing is very nice, and the yellow colour of the exterior combined the brick texture gives a very nice look to the home. The flowers are pretty in the front garden. Very nice layout of the interior of the home. Nice open living, kitchen and dining area. The corner tv watching nook is very nice. It looks nice how the tv and sofa are angled into the corner. Sims will enjoy the sunlight coming in through the windows whilst watching tv there. The scenic wall picture is calming for sims to see whilst eating meals at the dining table. The cabinets look nice placed around the kitchen window. The bedrooms are very nice! Very nice colour schemes of both bedrooms! The shoes rack and tissues are nice home touches in the master bedroom, and the new plumbob picture looks great on the wall. It looks great how there are two single beds in the other bedroom with the dresser in between. The bookworm poster looks nice on the wall.
    It is a very nice starter! :)

    The Tasteful Tudor is the ideal home for the Sim who enjoys coexisting with the old and the new. The exterior is Old World but the interior is modern and upgraded. Home includes three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, open floorplan family room/kitchen, office, basement playroom and gym, and beautifully landscaped backyard with pool.
