I'd like to see a mod like Twallan's Vector that makes disease and illness more impactful and a lot more like TS2 illnesses.

I've searched through ModTheSims, and saw one or two different ones, but I'd really love for a mod that would allow the player to change the default times for a bunch of different actions. For example, I think it takes too long to shower, too long to eat, especially way too long to cook, even what should be very simple things. A whole reconfiguring of action times would be awesome...

The last version of MCC have a new option on base module: "time speed"... This slow the speed of game... so every actions take not too long...

Default speed (Normal) is 25. I have my settings on Relative type, speed 35, and I *really* like it. Not so long things "hang" (much, I do see a LITTLE more standing around, but not for long at all... depends on the interaction happening), but long enough to get things done I wasn't finding time for, before.

    Just passing it on. :)

I've asked about this one ages ago, but I haven't been around to keep an eye out for it, but is there a Master Club editor mod that allows us to edit all clubs without needing to control the club leader?? Or is there someone working on one?

I think this is something that was asked to @Deaderpool and the response was pretty negative.

Is this still a thread? (I sound old saying that lol)
could I have a mod that allows my sims to go to school? and I could follow them?
(I think this already exists. I think it acts like a career cant find the mod though)

@kiitomii this is the mod that you're looking for, however it doesn't work properly in everyone's games and the creator is on hiatus, so if it doesn't work for you you'll be out of luck.

I would LOVE a Master Clubs mod. I've been begging and hoping for it, OR for EA to give us a Manage Clubs UI (Like Manage Households), since GT debuted.

This isn't likely to be something a script mod can do. I'd imagine it'd be more in weerbesu's wheelhouse than Deaderpool's. Not sure, though... I just mean it's likely to be more graphical than scripted.

@IngeJones IS this something a set (?) of tuning files could do? Are we all just stuck waiting for someone to create something like this from scratch?

If it's UI changes I am pretty sure that needs more than just tuning file mods.

When my sims' motives drop into the red, they try to raise that motive on their own (i.e. by taking a bath). I find this behaviour annoying, especially when free will is supposed to be off. Is there a way to stopp it? I don't want my game to play itself.

If they're very red, it's known as motive failure. At that point the game itself will "push" the solving interaction on the sim, rather than them choosing it themselves with their autonomy. That's why it still happens when free will is off. I agree it's annoying. It may be moddable in the xml files, from what I remember of looking at the emotional failure settings in an xml.

Does anyone know if there's a mod out there to remove all motives (or even just the decay) from ghosts? I mean, come on. What's going to happen if a ghost doesn't eat, is it going to die again?

Idk if this has been requested already, if so I'm sorry for asking again.

I know there is a mod that makes more columns in CAS, but I was wondering if there is one that makes more rows in build/buy mode? It would help if even there was one extra row, especially when we get more and more packs.

    Thanks in advance!

I totally want this too! And do you know what that CAS colums mod is called, I really like to check that out!

    Hmmm, after reading this:

"If your game's resolution is too low, the UI might be cut off of the screen. I recommend using the 3 column flavour if your resolution is 1280x720 or higher, or the 4 column flavour if your resolution is 1600x900 or higher."

I am not sure if I should use it or not. I do have 1600 but I don't always play on fullscreen. That's a shame, I can see right away that it gives a much better view of the CAS items!!

I've used the 3-column mod before, I really like it, just don't have it in right now. Deaderpool uses the 4-column version. I don't know what view he plays in, I'm on a laptop and using windowed view (I *have* to be able to see my clock!!!), and the 3-column version works fine for me.

Try both. Pretty sure either beats none. ;) Jump in!

I could really use someone with both Mac and MC know-how hanging out in my help thread... drop by sometime! :)

I'm quite sure I could use the 4 column one without any problem in windowed full screen, but what I was wondering was what will happen if I make the screen smaller, as it said that sometimes part of the GUI will disappear. Sometimes I play sims on 2/3rd of the screen and have something else (FB / Youtube / Anything) on the other 1/3rd so I can multitask. I will give it a try though!

Every now and then things don't line up right. It doesn't bother me too much. Most times I can still access what I am looking for.

Is there anyone that is able to revive the Pregnancy Mega Mod?

It is by now wellknown that Scumbumbo retired, and it stopped working after the october 27th patch. I am testing my mods one by one so this is not an issue of mod conflicts, nor an issue of re-enabling script mods, it just doesn't work anymore! But I really need this mod for my challenge, and I would love some alternative to it!

@egwarhammer somewhere in the threat of that mod it mentiones that MC Command Center has the same functionality, but all I can find in it are settings how to make townies have random babies, not how to scan (very important!!) or influence your active sims pregnancy! For my current challenge I need to set all my sims pregnancies to triplets for example. Am I missing something obvious? I hope you can clarify!

    Thanks a lot!!!!

You can ABSOLUTELY do that with MC. If you have Sim Menus enabled, there will be a Pregnancy button. Everything you want is there.

If you DON'T have Sim menus enabled (why not??? ), type mccc jane doe in the cheat bar to get to it.

Do it on a pregnant sim, you'll see what I mean. It won't be the same on a non-pregnant sim.

(Disclaimer: I have not yet seen 3.0 menus on a pregnant sim.)

What you said sounds like you're looking for options in the settings... that's not how it works. Look on a sim, not the computer. :)

No I was actually looking on the modthesims.info page at the pregnancy module. I have found it in the sim now, just before I read this. Thank you very much!
