Hi, just downloaded the trial of Sims 4 yesterday. Will probably buy it, but as I am a big player of mods and cc, I need to know the must have mods, guys? Please help me get my game going.

I do believe Zerbu's go to school modpack has an option for learning online. It's been updated to work with Seasons.
I've been looking for a mod, that allows me to play with only one world (e.g. only Newcrest, no Oasis Springs, no Willow Creek, no Windenburg, no San Myshuno, etc) at a time, but I don't think it exists yet. I like to have full control of what happens in a save, but that's kind of hard when playing eight worlds at once. I don't even know wether it is possible to kind of block these other worlds, but if it is, please help me :D
im not sure if this exists but have been looking a few days...a real estate mod....also a romantic date mod so you can do all sorts of realistic romantic things and interact with objects as well!
Is there a mod that turns off getting the sadness moodlet knowing when a family/friend dies? It gets to be tiresome playing a legacy challenge when the sims are going to be sad all the time since family and friends will be dying all the time.

The MC mod has an action that will change your Sims moods. I use it constantly on angry, crying toddlers.
just been brainstorming a few days how about a zombie attack mod (like the walking dead) and also a natural disaster mod especially with the new seasons pack...e.g tornadoes hurricanes wildfires blizzards where the power gets shut off and you need to use your grill to cook things like that...i think this would make the sims much more immersive than they already are!

I was wondering if someone could make an updated version of the "Simbots Walk Normally by Shoni89p" mod for the Sims 3?
In it's current state, it breaks other animations.
(Mermaid swimming, snorkeling, etc)
