The Sims 2 Shy idle-animations beta version

This is a video of early production of The Sims 2 showing Sims with the shy personality trait. I wonder why the shy idle and the animations didn't make it to the actual game. It is only in CAS that we can see them do the shy idle.

A lot of Sims 2 was lost in a fire, so the beta version is better then the released game.

I think this was done after the fire because Decorgal' has extracted some of the animations 'talk shy' you see here, for sims children.

That animation is still there when the Shy Sim flirts.
I am glad they didn't keep it for talking all the time. It seemed too sad- for all conversations.

There was also a different greeting in the Base Game. Depending on their friendship level. It did get very long and annoying when best friends greeted each other. I believe it was removed- toned way down- with the first patch.

Oh, yes.

The game also had pretty clouds in the sky, at one time ....

My sim in cas if i lower the points down they get shy.
