Pretty weird the last few times I start playing Sims 3 i have missing items - _-
Right now Roaring Heights is gone?
Last time some Store venues are missing and now i have them 3x in my launcher installed...
Everytime it's something new who's gone and i have to reinstall it. Then i have it 3 or 4 in my launcher cause it doesn't work at the first time.
Yeah right now it's Roaring Heights.
It was installed and never had problems and now it isn't installed anymore and don't have the file on my pc documents...
All this mess since the last origin update i think like my Sims 3 Desktop Shortcut who shows me just a blank white file... And i bought all my stuff legal and never used mods or other CC π¬π¬π¬π¬π¬
@Kylieb191 my game does this too on random occasions, then it's like wait why won't you let me load that save then it clicks that it miss behaved; or sometimes it also changes settings when it unchecks expansion packs, and ends up having the interactive loading screen, which I normally have turned off.

I have an NVIDIA graphics card and every time I execute an available update, it resets my TS3 settings and puts it back to default. So when you write "it also changes settings ...", I had to think of that and want to mention it (just in the slightest chance you didn't know that and in case you also have NVIDIA).
If those problems are getting to annoying, ever considered going back to version 1.67 so you can bypass Origin and the Launcher all together when playing the game? Patch 1.67 is still available, an compatible CAW version as well, the ContentPatch for the store is also still available and there is an mod that lets you choose which pack to load when playing (thanks to Jude I know this: the mod is called Sim GameSelector on MTS). So every thing you need to play the game.
A must read - Ciane's indispensable threads of her Spreadsheet/Links for reinstalling/tracking store stuff and How to Install Store Items. She provides excellent instructions for installing content. Ciane discusses glitched items that need to be installed before the set is installed for the item to work or show up in the game. She also provides a list of items that include patterns that also need to be installed before the sets or the patterns do not show up in CASt. As well, if the items with patterns are not installed before installing the sets, if the items are used in a build, the build will not upload to the Exchange.
A must watch - ZeeGee's video tutorials on YouTube of Ciane's method for reinstalling store content. These are excellent for those who learn best by seeing the procedure rather than reading instructions
@SimLibby i do have a nvidia graphics card so that could be what's caused the problem in the past (did not know it could cause this to happen), in my case it doesn't do this very often so it doesn't bother me too much. Thanks for the info.

@goodFeel93, I can imagine reinstalling store items is lots of work. I'm going to do it again as well (according to Ciane's method) after I have purchased all the items I want from the DD.
Owning all the worlds seems like a lot of fun. How do you decide in which world to play? because most of them all have their own appeal. The other day I purchased Roaring Heights thanks to my mother who gifted me some money. The only thing that frustrates me is that, after I redeemed the worlds Origin code on the TS3 forum, it says "free" in my store account. I wish!
Roaring Heights is awesome i edited it a few years ago. Right now i still edit Sunset Valley for example with the streets of Bridgeport and textures of Isla Paradiso.
I like the tropical worlds mostly with big beaches and seashell spawnern πΉπ I could add them with SuperCAW i know.
The other world's come with awesome build objects like Midnight Hollow with all of this Victorian Style Objects ππ»
Sunset Valley isn't that big so i can play it longer without crashes.
Possible that i go back to Roaring Heights (with added Waterfalls π) It's mostly flat we'll see.

Right now Roaring Heights is gone?
Last time some Store venues are missing and now i have them 3x in my launcher installed...
Everytime it's something new who's gone and i have to reinstall it. Then i have it 3 or 4 in my launcher cause it doesn't work at the first time.
Yeah right now it's Roaring Heights.
It was installed and never had problems and now it isn't installed anymore and don't have the file on my pc documents...
All this mess since the last origin update i think like my Sims 3 Desktop Shortcut who shows me just a blank white file... And i bought all my stuff legal and never used mods or other CC π¬π¬π¬π¬π¬

I have an NVIDIA graphics card and every time I execute an available update, it resets my TS3 settings and puts it back to default. So when you write "it also changes settings ...", I had to think of that and want to mention it (just in the slightest chance you didn't know that and in case you also have NVIDIA).
If those problems are getting to annoying, ever considered going back to version 1.67 so you can bypass Origin and the Launcher all together when playing the game? Patch 1.67 is still available, an compatible CAW version as well, the ContentPatch for the store is also still available and there is an mod that lets you choose which pack to load when playing (thanks to Jude I know this: the mod is called Sim GameSelector on MTS). So every thing you need to play the game.

Right now the community venues/lots from the store worlds are not showing well they r placed but i can't see the "shell" (skyscrapers) for example... Weird

Owning all the worlds seems like a lot of fun. How do you decide in which world to play? because most of them all have their own appeal. The other day I purchased Roaring Heights thanks to my mother

I like the tropical worlds mostly with big beaches and seashell spawnern πΉπ I could add them with SuperCAW i know.
The other world's come with awesome build objects like Midnight Hollow with all of this Victorian Style Objects ππ»
Sunset Valley isn't that big so i can play it longer without crashes.
Possible that i go back to Roaring Heights (with added Waterfalls π) It's mostly flat we'll see.
