For those who are eyeing Skylight Studio for the Performing Arts (best deal. Yay!)...
I absolutely LOVE it!
I've remodeled the venue and added tons of skill-increasing objects which are "performance" and "art" related.
It's also fit for a Performing Venue if you still play Showtime and want to host a Sim or perform.
Just some ideas for when you grab the venue from the DD and plot it into your Town.
