Sims hanging out - please add the ability to set time for an event!

I've noticed that there really should be an option to set a time for an event or hang out.

For example;

My sim received a message from another sim around 3pm to 'hang out tonight'. When I accepted, it took me to the venue straight away.

Oh yes for sure! I was excited when my friends asked me to go to a bar at night for some party, but i clicked cancel since i could already smell that the game wasnt probably made well enough on this matter. I liked how in ts3 you had times and you had time to prepare or say goodbye to certain sims.

Maybe i want to change my hair/outfit etc. Maybe i want to first do something else or take a shower, cause who wants smelly sims on their party?

I never liked this direct loading screen when you travel or when someones invites you to. Give us some time to prepare pls.

Keep saying, Sims 4 needs a calendar to set events, Weddings, Hangouts, birthdays everything. I hate jumping into things too.
