New in game recording/capture doesn't record video. (Issue Resolved)

Hi Simmers,
Anyone else having this problem? In Camera Options, when I try to use Video Capture, it just records black, no video game play. I can hear sound, but nothing else. No Mods or CC are installed in my game. I've repaired, checked for updates... Since I purchased Get Together, having problems.
