So how many people have spotted the Sea Monster in Windenburg? I have seen her a couple times (don't ask me why i say she) I spoted her once while watching the sail boats and the platoon plane land and take off, unfortunately I couldn't get a screenshot before she was gone. Now I keep watching hoping for a 2nd shot at that pic.
