I want to start participating in the pic share threads. As I really would love to show off some of my gameplay. But I need some advice on the best photo share site. I have photobucket but not really happy with it. Any other good ones?
I've been using a program called Gyazo for a couple of years now. I can't live without it now; it's one of the first programs I download if I need to reinstall windows or anything like that
Basically you can have it as an icon on your taskbar, click it, and immediately it allows you to capture whatever is on your screen (you can capture the entire screen or just a specific portion of it) and it automatically uploads it onto gyazo's website. All you have to do is copy the url to send it to friends or paste it here on the forums. It also saves all your screenshots on its website, so if you need to go back and find something, it will be there. (Free accounts only go back so far though; I have a free account and I can still access screenshots I took back in mid-October before it cuts me off. Paid accounts are only like $3, but I havent really needed it)
also it allows you to either make just a simple screenshot or a gif

Photobucket is getting on my nervous system too these days. . . but I hear Imgur is pretty good. Flickr is alright too. . . but I find there's a lot of hoops to jump through.
Thanks for the suggestions! I'm gonna try Gyazo and Imgur. I've seen some share from tumbr but I don't now to from my tumbr. Yeah, I can't stand photobucket right now. Plus I've heard some say they've had issue with posting pics via their photobucket links.
Trying Gyazo's gif thingie... https://gyazo.com/
Nope, not the gif I made. *sigh*
You linked back to the main gyazo site; you have to copy the url it gives you when the image opens in your browser
It should look longer, like this -> https://gyazo.com/30adcaa6e001fd694377bd0b939d2cb0

Hm... don't know. I don't have copy image address. I have copy image location.
To sign up I think you press the login button on the gyazo home page, and on the login page it has an option to create a new account
Maybe you don't have the same copy options because we're using different browsers or something, but the link you got is the right one if you want to post it on the forum. Just use that link and then paste it in this button when making a post:

And if you want to make it actually show up on the forum, you need to right click the image/gif and "copy image address" -> https://i.gyazo.com/30adcaa6e001fd694377bd0b939d2cb0.gif
Thanks, @jsn How to I sign up? I'm having trouble understanding that, too.
