new expansion pack Get Together

I recently purchased Get Together from origin as a download. It is not playing when I click on icon. I went to origin it wont play from there either. The game played before this. I really enjoy these games.

Shut down your computer completely. Start the computer again. Log in to origin, and then try to launch the game and see if that helps.

Repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.

If you have any cc/mods in your game, remove them and see if that helps.
