Lost 75 of my neighbors after recent update.

After this most recent update I lost 75 of my 100 neighbors. When I go to login to the party boat it says connectivity issues so I tried again and I get connected and I only have my 25 neighbors left. How do I fix this. I have checked my Facebook account and I am signed in with the same login information as The Sims Freeplay.
