More babies

How can i add in more babies into my home? I have 2 toddlers and an empty crib, how do i go about getting a third child? i'm playing this on an android mobile.

I think 4 is the household limit, but apparently after the last update, there was a system of where you bought stuff from the shop, it gives you points that you can use to get rewards, and an extra sim or two is one of them
