You finished Old Town! I can't tell you how nice it is that your starters are already set up for families. It's a convenience most starters lack, and it's greatly appreciated. It's so awesome to see all of your starters populating Old Town. Wonderful builds, Diana!
I really should update more often, let's start with the two mini builds.
Simple Starter 10K - residential; 20x15; 1 bed; 1 bath; 8.456; NoMOO; NoCC; play tested; base game only.
I was working on my Tumblr queue and ran into another hallway big enough to build a house in - so I did. I had a bit of difficulty keeping this one under 10K, but when I changed to the penguin telly, it all worked out perfectly. It’s all a bit dimly lit, but I didn’t have money for better lights.
BG Tudor Starter 10K - residential; 20x15; 1 bed; 1 bath; 8.474; NoCC; NoMOO; base game only; play tested.
I found another “hallway big enough to fit an entire house in”, I used the awesome Edgar the Generous door, so that sort of inspired me to go Tudor (I have a bit of experience with the style by now). Of course it’s base game only and under 10K, because that’s the standard for my “hallway houses”. The house itself is super simple, but the roofing is quite complex, adds a bit of appeal to exterior
Now the pool, that looks more like a park with a lake I have written a building guide on this, two actually, but I still have to translate them to English, maybe I'll have time for that today.
Evermore Pond - pool; 50x40; 210.807; NoCC; play tested; base game only; uses MOO but can be placed without activating the cheat.
Who says you can’t make natural pools without Get Together? It is possible, as this lot demonstrates. There’s a small waterfall that leads into the pond (too small to be called a lake) which in turn leads into several streams. As this pond is part of the Evermore Estate (I just made that up, I don’t expect to expand on this, but you never know) it has that typical English Park feel to it. Lots of shrubs and wildflowers. There is also a small temple and pavillion (I have considered a folly, but that would be too many structures). There are also three different types of bridges over the streams. I put the bathrooms into the basement underneath the “hill”.
Yesterday I worked on my Neighbourhood Redevelopment Project and built an entire hood in Oasis Springs. I'll just show an image of the front of each house and a plan - they're all bungalows. For more pictures please check out my NRP page for Oasis Springs on my Simblr.
164 Tumbleweed Road - residential; 20x15; 2 bed; 2 bath; 18.412; NoCC; NoMOO; play tested; base game only.
166 Tumbleweed Road - residential; 30x20; 3 bed; 2 bath; 18.412; NoCC; NoMOO; play tested; base game only.
168 Tumbleweed Road - residential; 20x15; 1 bed; 1 bath; 17.601; NoCC; NoMOO; play tested; base game only.
165 Tumbleweed Road - residential; 30x20; 4 bed; 2 bath; 27.591; NoCC; NoMOO; play tested; base game only.
167 Tumbleweed Road - residential; 40x30; 4 bed; 4 bath; 37.957; NoCC; NoMOO; play tested; base game only.

La Cuisine Bohème - Restaurant, 20x20; 129.396; GTW, GT, OR, DO, CK, MH, RG; NoCC; NoMOO; play tested.
It’s an old nectar shop turned into a hipster boho eatery, with an ecclectic combination of regular and experimental food, and lots of nectar on the menu. It also has a completely pointless wine nectar cellar where Sims can, have nectar tastings admire art - actually they can do that in the entire building, because the artistic crowd that dines here loves art, nectar and discussing said things.

It is a very nice bohemian themed restaurant !
I have a new build! It's a request for @Mightydan - he wanted a new home for the Rhodes family (and Chelsea), a home that fitted with the rest of Willow Creek. So it has a colonial style exterior, but I kept the interior more modern, because that suits the family better.
Rhodes Mansion
residential; 30x20; 3 bed; 2.5 bath; 260.231; GTW, GT, OR, SD, DO, PP, CK, MH, RG; NoCC; MOO (can be placed without activating the cheat); play tested.

“Revitalising Ruins” Spa
Spa; 30x20; 126.553; GTW, GT, SD; NoCC; MOO (can be placed without using the cheat); play tested.
The water that runs through these ruins has been found to have revitalising properties. Therefore, this excavation site has been turned into a spa. All the regular spa equipment is there. The “special” things are the pool and the meditation cave where Sims can ponder what kind of civilisation originally built here by these healing waters.

It is a very nice spa venue!
I've just uploaded the renovation I did of Hogan's Burger Bar.
Hogan’s 2.0
Restaurant; 30x20; 44.198; GTW, GT, OR, DO (the first three are mainly related to the items on the menu); NoCC; NoMOO; play tested.
I had my Sim Katie buy this place and turn it into a 5-star restaurant - which necessitated a thorough renovation. I sort of made the kitchen look like a trailer (fits nicely in Oasis Springs, across the road from where Johnny Zest lives) and the tables are placed on a deck in front of it. There's a big tv at the front where Sims can watch something while they wait to be seated. There’s a custom menu that has dishes up to level 3 difficulty. I reset the price mark-up and food quality to default.
Your removation of Hogan's looks great! It looks great the way you have made the building to look like a trailer to suit where it is placed in Oassis Springs. The blue colour of the exterior looks nice and the awnings are a nice touch. The dining tables and chairs look great how they are placed in the layout of the build. The large food pictures , plants and menu boards look great on the side walls ! The patio heater lamps look nice in the build . The waiting nook area is very nice! Nice sofa seat sitting area for sims to enjoy watching tv on the large screen. The plants look nice along the edge of the wall. Very nice furnishing of the kitchen! The olive oils shelf, hanging pans, nectar item and knives are great kitchen touches there.
It is a very nice place to dine outdoors !
I really need to update this thread! I've share a dozen kids rooms since the last time I posted And I've just started working on another neighbourhood in Oasis Springs for the Redevelopment Project. I'll see if I find some time to update tomorrow I should probably update the index too...
Hello
It is great that you have been enjoying using the items from the new Kids Room stuff pack to create and furnish kids rooms. The items in the pack are very nice!
Daniel’s Room
7x6; 12.207; GTW; GT; DO; KR; NoCC; NoMOO; play tested.
The room I built for Daniel when Kids Room Stuff just got out. Lot’s of nerdy things here and, of course a Voidcritter battlestation for this little genius
Chloe’s Room
8x5; 10.660; GT; KR; NoCC; NoMOO; play tested.
A girl’s bedroom in light blue, Chloe, like her mother, isn’t a big fan of pink. Lots of happy butterflies and toys scattered around. There’s a drawing table as Chloe is a creative kid. She doesn’t have her own computer, but does have an adorable penguin tv.
Daniel, Chloe and their parents can be downloaded here.
Kyle’s Room
4x6; 8.743; GTW; KR; NoCC; NoMOO; play tested.
Kyle’s a sweet cheerful little kid so his room is brightly orange, with a touch of blue. He’s pretty fond of Voidcritters, especially Cyprin, but all toys get a place in his room. There are are few collectibles in this room, you can delete them if you don’t want to cheat.
Jack’s Room
5x5; 10.820; DO; KR; NoCC; NoMOO; play tested.
Jack is a very active boy and because of that there are some sports related items in his room. He’s also lucky to have a Voidcritter battlestation where he can play with his brother Kyle. There’s also a desk for making homework, but that’s not really Jack’s favourite thing to do. This room has a few collectibles, sell them if you’re opposed to cheating.
Kyle, Jack and their parents can be downloaded here.
Jesse’s Room
7x5; 13.559; GTW; DO; MH; KR; NoCC; NoMOO play tested.
Jesse is an avid collector and would love to have all Voidcritter cards (including the foil versions) and MySims statues. He even has a fishbowl so he can start a fish collection. If Jesse isn’t training his Voidcritters, he’s doing research on his computer or in his science “lab”. This room has some collectibles in it - sell them if you don’t want them.
Tara’s Room
7x5; 11.563; DO; MH; KR; NoCC; NoMOO; play tested.
Tara is a tough athletic girl and her room reflects that. She likes it cool. One of her favourite things to do is try to find more Limited Edition Voidcritters than her brother - she proudly displays them above her bed. Room has a few MySims and Voidcritter collectibles - feel free to delete them.
Colourful Playroom
7x5; 8.668; DO; MH; KR; NoCC; NoMOO; play tested.
Some kids are lucky enough to have a room solely for the purpose of story toys. This is one of those rooms. Lots of toys and cuddlies, a puppet theatre and a Voidcritter battlestation. In bold and bright colours to truly make it a happy place for the kid lucky enought to get this room.
Jesse, Tara and their parents can be downloaded here.
Tam and Kem’s Room
8x6; 15.440; GT; MH; KR; NoCC; NoMOO; play tested.
A twin bedroom for the twins. Tameka and Makemba are twins so they like sharing their room. They do have a couple of differing interests, so there’s quite a difference between both parts of the room. Tameka loves music and often plays on her violin, while Makemba is always doing something to interact with her friends, she loves her slablet.
Sugar Sweet Playroom
8x6; 13.172; GT; KR; NoCC; NoMOO; play tested.
Sometimes little girls want literally everything, toys, stuffed animals, drawing tables, play tables, tvs, radios, puppet theatres, books and a Voidcritter battlestation. With this sweet pink room you can give them all of that - you might want to recolour it a bit when it’s for boys or siblings of either gender.
Tameka, Makemba and their parents can be downloaded here.
Each of the kids rooms are so very, very nice ! Very nice furnishing of each of them! The way that you have used the items from the Kids Room stuff pack in each of them looks so very nice! Very nice colour scheme of the bedrooms! It was very nice reading about the background details of the rooms and the children you designed the bedroom for,
The rooms are so very nice!

Simple Starter 10K - residential; 20x15; 1 bed; 1 bath; 8.456; NoMOO; NoCC; play tested; base game only.
