Okay, so I log onto The Sims 2. I play one of my families. I press Control + W to move camera. No change. I try the other buttons. No change. HOW WILL I TURN THE CAMERA NOW?!

You mean for the Cameraman Mode? It's the Tab key

Moving the view around is w,s,d,f,... zoom is zx, I think. I know the keys by touch now so I don't think about it.

No, I mean rotate the camera via keyboard. Like you would in The Sims 3: Control plus one of the wasd keys.

I think you can use the arrow keys < or > to rotate the camera. I tended to hold the control button and right-click the mouse.

Have you tried the arrows and the < > ? I'm pretty sure I never used anything else.

Really? I just hold down the mouse wheel to pitch the camera...
