Unlock/Locked Fundation options Tool! And Round Building options

Unlocked/Locked Fundation Options Tool and Round Building Options for Advance building.
Unlocked/Locked Fundation tool would not get rid of the Fundation building style we have now but just enhance it. Locked Fundation will always be default. Its good If we are rush building. But say we want to build a shed or work shop or a garage (yes I know no cars but it could be just for looks) then we will click unlock. If you have different Fundations levels then unlock will be default. let's say you delete the shed and now all Fundation are the same you would now have the option to leave it unlocked or relock it. To make the Fundation tool easier to use and so there won't be any guessing at the Fundation size the sliding bar would come with a height measuring tools let's say 0 being none and let's say 5 the highest. This way we can keep track of what size is each Fundation we build and we can match them up with ease.
Now for Round Building Options. We should have a tool similar to a diangular tool and using the same measuring system. We should have a rounded tool in All different height walls, fences, pools. All windows should have a rounded option too. Would doors having a rounded option be too far fetched? I don't know if there are rounded doors for real lol but there are those spinning doors. Ya that would be cool spinning doors for the sims. They could have a malfunction risk and the Sims could get stuck or get spun like crazy and get tossed out and land on their butts or heads!
