Aging bug?

Ok so,I have a family,the household is split, first family has mom(ghost),dad(ghost),middle son and the little son.
and the second has they're children(from the mom and the dad) and the siblings,they're twins,one is married to Nina Caliente, and the other one to Kari.... I forgot her name...Nina tryed for baby with a twin,and kari with the other one,they took the pregnancy test and they were pregnant,both of them,i stopped playing the second family and i went to the first,i played a hour or so,and i went to the second family,i woke up with 2 babies from nina and 1 baby from kari,I had my options to age only active sims,and i had the option to age townies off.
can somebody help me?

Babies being born is not controlled by aging settings. It will happen, no matter your settings.

Hello,
The children will be born when you are not playing the household in the same game, even though you have the other settings marked. Simmers have found that there may be a higher chance that the sims will have twins when the household is not being played.

Ok thanks,I was a little bit confused,i thought it was a bug.
