I don't know what was going on to cause these faces, but it was the bachelorette party of the girl in the middle! I took this screenshot last year actually, when I was playing Agnes Seabottom, but this is the first shot I thought of when I saw funny screenshots mentioned!

@igazor, remember when we used pencils to rewind back one song? Because the machine never got it all the way rewound to the right point. Yeah, we're old.
Not until you're past 70. Even though over half the shots are missing (am still in 2017) this thread is delightful! Confess to being mystified how you guys have as much fun with one household available in 3 as I do with a whole village in 2.

The first picture: its that darned rocking chair. If you like collecting graves but get annoyed by the ghosts, put a rocking chair out there in front of the grave, they'll sit in it all night. Create a monument type area with it.

Alternatively, a quadruple long blast from the airhorn of the lead locomotive of 4 pulling a 150 or so car coal train on a track that's about 50 feet from your apartment building. And said train is doing about 45-50 mph so the whole building is shaking. I live on the double-tracked mainline from Boston, MA to Albany, NY.
