Gallery Disconnects

I just started playing again after a couple weeks off, and I have found that I am having troubled with the game staying connected. It's fine when I log in ,whether it be from Sims 4 icon or Origin, I can start looking through the gallery and with in a couple of minutes I get a pop up stating that I need to connect to use Community. I click the connect option and am told there is no internet connection available. I am not having problems with my internet or my computers connections at all nor is anyone else on my home network. I have tried this with and without the measly few CC i do have.( like 44 items total atm). Any Ideas?

Hello.
Shut down your computer completely. Start the computer again, then log in to origin, start the game and see if that helps with the gallery.

Try clearing the web cache and the temporary files and see if that helps .

Uninstall and reinstall Origin and see if that helps.

If the issues continue, try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps. To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Go to the gallery and test to see how the gallery is working. Exit the game and then add back the "options.ini" file and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" "custom music " and "mods" folders from the desktop sims 4 folder to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated file/ folders with the old file/folders.

Thank you for your advice @rosemow unfortunetly I tried it all and still i am receiving the message and where I know I don't need the gallery to play my game or save my own builds...it is driving me nuts lol. I love foraging in the gallery to see what others are making there are so many wonderful builders, and I am prone to download some.

This worked for me briefly, but the issue reappears within a few moments. I'm now constantly getting disconnected. Any solutions, or is this already being resolved?

Hello @Ekat313. I am sorry that you are having this issue. A simmer that was having similar issues another time found that it helped if they launched the game. Then with the game still open went back to the desktop and logged into the website version of the gallery, then went into the in-game gallery and it helped to keep them connected. I am not sure if this will help you, but perhaps you could try it?

Hi I'm experiencing this as well since the last origin update, I've done everything but I'm still getting disconnected in aprox 4 minutes after I get in to the gallery

I have this problem since sunday night, and I tried all possible issue, and the problem still resist. I'm really bored about it.
