    I feel stupid asking this, but how do I download CC into my game via the same folders I was using with windows7 and using WinRAR?

      It's the same in Windows 10 as in Windows 7. Only accessing programs is different; use the little Windows symbol and select "All Apps" to find WinRAR, if you need it. Or, as before, just double click on the RAR file to open it.
