Hey y'all, i was just wondering how do i make my owb custom content. Is there a program to do it with? If so what's it called? ☺

Many simmers use Sims 4 studio to make their CC.

You will need to register to download the program. There are many helpful tutorials on the site that explain how to use the program to create cc content.
