Red Residence is very nice! @RivendellStar The red and white colour scheme of the home looks very nice. Very nice design of the exterior! It looks great how you have used the red colour in the front exterior of the home. The hot tub gazebo is very nice! Sims will enjoy resting in the tub, looking out at the outdoors views. The car port is great! The red vase plants look nice either sides of the front door. Very nice back patio outdoors living, bar and dining areas! Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa or armchair there, having a chat in the sunshine, or enjoy sitting on the red stools having a drink from the bar. They will enjoy cooking on the BBQ and eating their meals at the red coloured umbrella covered table. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The living room is very nice! The brick fireplace wall texture looks great, and the bookcases look nice placed either sides of the TV and fire. It looks nice how the sofas are in a L shape. The red statue is a nice touch on the fireplace ledge. Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing there, having a read and watching TV. The floor rug complements well with the colour scheme of the home. Very nice master bedroom! The red circles wall pattern looks nice and the red lamps are nice touches on the bedside table. The black colour of the floor rug creates a nice effect with the red and white walls. Very nice design of the kitchen! The white cabinets and the black counters look nice together. Nice black bar stool counter area for sims to enjoy sitting on the red stools and eating a meal. The red bottles are a nice touch on the kitchen wall. Very nice basement bar and entertainment room! The red curtains either sides of the TV look very stylishly nice there! The patterned floor rug looks nice. Sims will enjoy watching TV, warming up near the fire, and having a drink from the bar. Very nice gym room! Sims will enjoy using the various fitness equipment there to keep themselves fit.
The home is very nice

@Cbear13 What a wonderful initiative and thread for more challenges to learn as a builder and get inspiration from other simmers entries. Like the first challenge already! If i find the time i might give this a go myself. Will look into it after i get some must needed sleep.

Thanks @Twiggy, cant wait to see what you come up with. I learnt so much from the comps and even more from judging them as it makes me go through all the builds with a fine tooth comb, it amazes me all the time the ideas people have.

I hope people improve from my comp also as I did from the others I entered, I hope every feels free to ask questions here to if needed

So I've finally come to the conclusion that weekly challenges such as this (and Under Renovation) are just not for me. I'm a two week or more sort of builder. Therefore, I won't be entering the color challenge, but I will be giving the retail challenge a go.

@Rostri-Jodu oh thats no problem at all, I am a slow builder so I know what you mean and thats why I created the monthly comp aswell, cant wait to see what you come up with

Well I just finished my judging for the lots entered so far and all I can say is wow every single one impressed me in their own ways. Cant wait to see what you guys can do with the next challenge

Each of the builds in the Brown Rock Village neighbourhood look very nice! @dollarbill88 It is nice that you have created a lounge, museum and library for the village. Each of the builds complement each other well! Very nice exterior designs of each of the builds! The water fountain features look very nice outside the front of the lounge. The interior bar counter area is very nice. Very nice wall paneling. The musician themed pictures are a nice touch on the walls. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar or resting on the sofas watching TV. Nice outdoors dining area for sims to enjoy cooking on the grill and eating their meals in the sunshine at the picnic or umbrella covered tables . The trees look nice how you have placed them in the build. It looks very nice how you have set up the different coloured chairs for sims to enjoy watching and listening to a comedy performance. Very nice furnishing of the Museum! It looks great how you have used the rope barriers to separate of the display areas and exhibits. The display of my sims looks very nice! The furnishing of the Library is very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed the bookcases in the build, and the study desk and computer desk tables nooks look great! Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk tables using the computer or reading, or enjoy sitting resting on the armchairs reading a good book.
Each of the builds look nice individually and will be great as a neighbourhood of builds

Hi @amberthezombie and @superbibi11 there is just over 27 hours left til the end of this challenge.

@superbibi11 the amount of colour is completely up to you as long as no other colors are used in the main design other than black, white and grey. Other colours are ok if they are from say plants or pictures small clutter items. You want your whole build based around your chosen color so that it is obvious that is the main colour.
