I have a question regarding the conversion of lots, do you guys convert lots as well as building them? For example, I have a park in Bridgeport that I'm remaking at the moment and I would like to find someone who can help me turn it into a festival lot for seasons and at the same time keep the stage (from Showtime) functional through all four seasons. I tried doing it myself but all I did was managing to mess up my game... so therefore I'm turning to you guys.
And also how do you make multifuntional lots? Like placing the elixir shop and the consignment store on the same lot together with for example a café and a bar or a bowlingally (using late night bars and the bistro thing from university) on the same lot and making it work. I tried doing it with a salon, consignment store and café but I could make all the markers show up in town mode.

Hi there! We definitely can help you with your festival lot. We'd need to you fill out the community lot request form, noting that we'll be using your existing lot. To retrieve it from you we'd either need it uploaded to MediaFire (or something similar) or you can place it on the Exchange for us; it'd be up to you.
As far as the multi-functional lots, I need to refresh my memory and get back to you. I'll message you on your My Page or here.
