Lol! I suppose that's more advanced than wearing a face mask, a hair net, and disposable gloves for a restaurant job.
@Admiral8Q Haha yeah. If she'd been wearing marigold gloves I could argue the helmet was protection in case she slipped in some water while washing up. As for Siobhan in a way the diving mask would work if it was a seafood restaurant, maybe she needs it to fish out the lobsters.
@Jade47 I don't know if this means that purely random chance spawned Summer in the same outfit, at the same level of the same career? Or did someone at Maxis actively create this as her outfit for that head dishwasher job?
@DaniRose2143@Jade47 I've had this quite often for a Sim that joins the restaurant career. Them wearing a space helmet and those black arm-gloves. So not coincidence. Interesting.
@Admiral8Q I think @DaniRose2143 is totally correct, the outfit is intended. I just had a look and the only opera style gloves in CAS are normal looking whereas Summer's have a side zip and kind of rubbery looking shine, which very loosely fits the dishwashing theme I guess. I suppose its an ingame joke like the stylist career outfit who gives fashion advice and dresses in ghastly clothing. What amazes me is that the teaching outfit is so perfectly normal.

I'm guessing it is tagged as "Career Hat". And the gloves as "Career Gloves". With CC I've noticed some tagged for outfit categories in sims studios. (I have spent hours un-tagging and all that on excellent cc clothing. But some I leave.)
This hat keeps popping on for pizza delivery Sims. I could go in and remove the tag, but actually, I thing it's fun!
My point, I thing vanilla clothing like the helmet and gloves are tagged as a career outfit. That's why it pops up so often on Sims.

@Admiral8Q I must admit Majorette Pizza is quite funny, but she needs a baton. Regarding what you said about career hats and gloves, I always suspected that's why a lot of the townies are dressed so badly because of random headwear and accessories.

@Admiral8Q I think its a case of her being so bad its actually made her a unique character. At least its something to laugh at when she wanders around in your game. I do have to ask what pack does the cold weather lacy ensemble come from? Just so I can avoid it.

It's not tagged as "cold weather" (I checked in Sims 4 Studio) however it's CC clothing made by a feature artist: bustra-tr (BSR) in The Sims Resource (TSR). So you won't ever see it.
@Admiral8Q Thanks, I think I've had a lucky escape by not downloading that particular CC. I wonder who Saka Wada will end up with. Lol
I was reading about this mod today called Fashion Authority and it would certainly help with the issue of strange career outfits. I know you can cheat to change them but they change every time they get a promotion and MCCC is too complicated for me.
@ncisGibbs02 Saka's "Hot weather" vs her "Cold weather" outfits are amusing. I should probably give her the reward traits that make her immune to hot and cold.
I just bought Get Famous yesterday and I saw for the first time the one and only Judith Ward... and this is how she looked like. I was at the same time very disappointed and very amused. I swear it's her.
