This is Summergrove Manor, it is my entry for #TakissisSC3 August shell challenge in the forum. This was a very challenging and fun lot to do. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which includes a guest room and bath over the yoga/gym studio. Multi level entry to the home with a private fire pit area off the front entry, yoga/gym studio with a fountain garden off the studio, above is a conservatory to search the stars. With a patio/pool/hot tub for entertaining in the summer months. 3 bedrooms in the main house with a lavish master suite. There is an office with room for reading and painting. So many beautiful things to see in the build and lots of pictures so there is a slideshow link.
Summergrove Manor is a lovely makeover of the shell! Very nice wood wall texture and white color! The trees and plants are lovely! Very beautiful area with the lilypads/water fountain pond, stone flooring and bamboo trees! Very lovely pool and loungers patio! The interior furnishings and colours are lovely! Very nice design of each of the bedrooms! They are very nice!
It is a very detailed build!
Modern Industrial Lofts is a lovely modern home! The industrial style is great! Very nice walls of modern glass windows bringing in sunlight. The lavender flowers along the front of home are pretty! The brown brick wall texture gives a great look and feel to the home. Very nice loft bedroom! The open plan interior of the living, dining and kitchen area is very nice! The furnishing of the home and the wood texture is lovely! Very nice music and dance area! Sims will enjoy playing the musical instruments and dancing to music from the stereo. The kitchen desk is great! Very nice industrial style cabinets, and great stools counter! The plants are nice nature touches. The modern hanging ceiling lights and the pots and pans item look great! Very nice sofa and armchair sitting and tv watching area.
Olaku Canyon Ridge is a very beautiful family home! Very lovely exterior design, colour, window used, balconies and very beautiful landscaping with the pretty water fountains, flowers,trees, plants! Very nice pool. firepit patio! Very lovely furnishing of the interior! The design, colors, layout of each room is very nice! Very pretty curtains, lovely rugs, ceiling lights in each room ! It is a very detailed and lovely home! Very nice sunken dining room area off from the kitchen. Very lovely design. of the living room! The raised fireplace and picture area is very creatively great! Very nice vases of flowers either sides of the fire. Very nice curtained window walls for Sims to enjoy the sunlight coming in as they sit relaxing on the sofas.Very beautifullly designed and furnished bedrooms!
Birchwood Overlook is a very lovely modern family home! Very lovely exterior design and the slanted glass windows look very great! Very nice waterfountain features in the front areas of the home, and lovely sunken pool, outdoors living and dining patio! Sims enjoy meals on the bbq and dining at the table in a very nice setting! Very lovely furnishing of the interior! Each room looks very nice! The open plan layout of the living areas is very nice! Sims will enjoy listening to the piano being played whilst dining at the table. Very lovely touches of colours used in the rooms! The purple color of the single bedroom is beautiful and the touches of green and the leafy wall pattern in the bathrooms are very nice! Each room and area is lovely!

Apricot Slate is a very lovely modern home! Very stylishly nice exterior design! The sloped roofing, grey and orange colours and the gardening balcony are very nice! Very lovely pool, hot tub, outdoors dining, bbq patio! Sims will enjoy cooking, dining and relaxing on the loungers there in the outside air. The gardening area on the side is very nice. Very lovely interior furnishings, and very nice curtains and color. The purple used through the home is lovely!The design of the kitchen with the stools counter is very nice! The bedroom is lovely! The blue colored curtains and bed are calming and pretty, Sims will have very nice outdoors views through the windows. Very nice sofa and armchairs sitting area in the living room to enjoy watching tv. The leafy patterned curtains are very nice. The dining room with the leafy curtained windows, drinks wall cabinet and the black, purple colour scheme is very nice. Sims will enjoy the sunlight through the windows. Very nice bathrooms wall tiling.

Colonial Grandeur Estate is such a very beautiful build! It is so very elegant and is very grand! Very beautiful exterior design and the landscaping using the hedging is very extra lovely! Very beautifully designed interior of the home! The layout and the furnishings are so very great!
