What did you do with the pre-made houses?

I actually really admire EA's architectural style for TS4 compared with the mismatch horror of TS3 and I like to keep the original houses in my games. But now I have a creative bug to start experimenting more with the build tools but I just can't tear my self to bulldoze the houses in Willow Creek!

I need encouragement to start getting creative with Build Mode lol

What have you done with EA's houses? Have they been razed to the ground?

I bulldozed every lot in every world. Except the library in WC because I read that it was difficult to get the debug bookcases working properly. Other than that. All gone.

I ditched everything and rebuilt my own towns. I would really love a 'nuke from orbit' button that allowed you to wipe the whole town at once. It would be a huge time saver from going into each lot to delete it.
