Food bug!(?)

Ever since the last 2 patches I've been getting this really weird bug....
the sim who cooks in the house has maxed the cooking skill but everytime other sims eat his food they'll react negatively to it acting disgusted..?
and the food has no spoiled timer on it but everytime the maid comes she'll throw out the good food.......
it is as if the food is spoiled but not spoiled (????)

am i the only one getting thiss?

Hello.
There has been an issue that when sims have eaten fruitcake, from then on they haven't liked any meals that they have eaten. Your issue may be related to that. Your sim may have cooked fruitcake or the sims who eat his food may have eaten fruitcake.

It may though be a different issue. Repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.

Also, delete the cache files.

yes exactly! they ate the fruit cake! thanks. so if repair the game and delete cache files it'll work?

The fruit cake bug is affecting some simmers. I am not sure if repairing the game and deleting the cache file will help. You could test it and see.
