I check prices on The Sims products from time to time and I've come across something quite puzzling with the pricing of the Get To Work Expansion Pack. Below is a list of prices on the Expansion from various online stores. Keep in mind that these are all prices on the physical copies themselves.
Walmart: $25.03

Gamestop: $39.99

Best Buy: $39.99

Amazon: $19.99

Origin: $39.99

As you can see above, the Amazon offer for $19.99 is the best deal available at the moment. My question is, how are these retailers able to sell Get To Work and various other Sims titles for less? Plus I've noticed that Get To Work remains $30 in Walmart stores but plainly states the lower price online. The retailer's website does not indicate whether this is an online exclusive offer. Is this all negligence brought on by the company itself? It's just very puzzling to me that this is going on. Maybe someone can clear this up for myself and anyone else confused by this.
What are your thoughts?
