You can always put a bedroom or master bedroom near the area with the big windows.

And also a kid's room and bathroom in the other spots.

Your home is looking very nice! The exterior design of the home is nice. It looks nice that you are using the large glass windows in your build. Very nice curved island bar stool counter in the kitchen !

Your modern is very cool! Love the shape and color. As for finishing the upper level, I agree with @DeKay. You could also make a skill room, such as a gym, music or art room. Sometimes I add playrooms for the kiddies too. Your lower level looks very nicely furnished.

Your finished version of Modern Blue is very nice! The rocks and flowers look very nice how you have placed them at the front edges of the home! The flowers look very pretty how you have placed them on the front pathway! The rocks and pool area in the backyard is very nice! Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home!
