I like the idea of unfurnished homes, because it real life if you buy a house it only comes with bathroom and kitchen, and some do not have Ref. so it is a good idea, You sims can then decorate as they make money. Newly weds would be perfect. Perhaps move from family house to their own little unfurnished home.
