My Sim has the Creative trait. Her artwork helps increase the value tremendously. On flip#2 she was level 9 painter. Two Masterpieces were over 4k each! I have her painting mostly small classic paintings. Takes less time and more likely to have numerous valuable pieces.

The exterior design of Flip My House A1 is very nice! @EuphorialQueen The bay windows look very nice! Very nice layout of the home! The placement of the windows in the home is very nice! It is great that there is a basement level in the home.
I have a few starters in my library and lots of great ones where built for a recent challenge. I think the challenge was called professional starters? Might want to do a # search in the gallery:)
Loving all the ones I've seen in this thread though! It's so cool how creative the Simming community is!
Clean Slate Starter Shell is very nice! @NHicks It looks very nice how you have placed the shelf ledges on the front exterior of the home and on the front porch pillar! The triangular ground patterns in the front area of the home look nice. Very nice angled roofing over the front porch! The plants look very nice how you have placed them on the shelves on the front porch wall. The trellis covered car port is nice.
The design of the starter is very nice!

She completed stage 2 of Mansion Baron which is pretty tricky to complete since she changes houses every few days.
She periodically goes out collecting and either sells her goodies or uses them in the house. Instead of higher end furnishings I use mid-range items and paintings by Moira to increase the lot/house value. With a mere 17 days to her Elder birthday had better get cracking.

Fabulously Wealthy Aspiration complete. The flipped house on the Gallery still has room for some changes but time was up. I wanted to save it to play in another save. Moira (this version) will most likely not see it again. Working on Flip#7 now and have buckets of Simoleons to use on these last flips. Wonder how close I am to the Rosebud Achievement.... will check when I play next.

In the middle of Flip#8 Moira had her Adult to Elder Birthday. She has finished the Aspirations of Painter Extraordinaire, Fabulously Wealthy and Mansion Baron.
She maxed Painting Level 10 skill. I had Moira painting mostly small paintings to maximize the number of paintings produced. Her paintings helped push up the value of the builds exponentially.

This was Flip#6 and the gallery shows as 88,472 but Sale Price/Value §124,154 is what showed in game build mode.
I wonder if the difference is the Sim created artwork value.
@EuphorialQueen get the magic wand out and aim it my way! Wow....you've done an amazing job with this challenge! I am losing money with each flip. I finally got my sim painting and had him take vacation days so he get paid while painting. I think I need to either change his career (criminal....terrible pay, so far) or have him quit a job and just paint/collect. I hope I can turn this around!
