Build me a starter Please :-)

I am currently in the process of creating a challenge. But I really need some starter homes to add to the directory.
As you are all such a talented diverse bunch of simmers I was hoping that you might be willing to create some for me.
They must be built on a 20x15 lot and contain No CC. It must also have a bathroom (inside or out its up to you) although the rest of the property must remain unfurnished.

There is no limit to the amount of entries

(I will also post a link to the challenge here soon for anyone who might want to give it a try or just see what happened to their entry)

Restrictions/Requirements

* Absolutely No CC

* All entries must be Uploaded to gallery with #Flipper

* Must be build on a 20x15 lot

* House must be unfurnished aside from the bathroom (all houses must have at least 1 furnished )bathroom

* As they are starters they must cost less than $20'000 (including lot value)

* Moo is allowed but no other cheats (show hidden objects or Unlockables) If you use Moo make sure to add #Moo to upload

* Please provide Link to lot and at least 1 picture on the thread (No more than 4 )

Any specific theme in mind?

I don't mind. I'm hoping to have a few different types of lots so there will be more choice for anyone playing the challenge and you guys are so talented. I cant wait to see what you come up with

1. Should the total value include the lot it is on? The first build I just completed comes to 19,465, but for just the build it is 17,965.
2. Should the bathroom be fully furnished, as in flooring and wallpaper, or simply include a toilet, sink and shower or tub? What's the minimum you're looking for?

1. Ideally the total value should include the lot value I should have mentioned it earlier( knew I had forgotten something).
2. as long as it has the essential equipment to satisfy a Sims Bladder and Hygiene needs the rest is up to you. So wallpaper and flooring doesn't have to be included.

@pronterus i suspect the more the merrier.

I don't have access to the game right now, but when I do again.... I usually make starters furnished, and usually with one or two of the more expensive beds, so 20K unfurnished should open up a few more possibilities.

Hi @BUTTONSGINGER Yes I would like a shell (interior décor isn't really important or necessary unless you want to add them) The exterior decor is definitely needed though and having at least 1 bathroom is important as a sim will be living there. Landscaping, trashcans anything else you want to add to the lot is entirely up to you. As long as it remains under $20'000 (As single sim will be moving in so must be within budget)

It will be a house Flipping challenge. I'm actually quite excited about it

a change from a legacy challenge geared towards builders of every skill level.
I will post the link as soon as I have a few Houses added to the directory.

Listed in gallery at §12,051 fully furnished. Would it need to be uploaded to gallery again {unfurnished} with #Flipper hashtag to be considered?

YES they will be fixer uppers. There isn't really a deadline as I can add houses to the directory whenever they are available. I was just hoping to have a few ready so I could publish the challenge. so anytime within the next few weeks should be ok. Thank you

Your 2 starter homes are very nice! @EuphorialQueen

Very nice exterior of the homes! The roofing on Sweet n Simply is very nice! The flowers look pretty around the base of the birdbath in the front garden. It is nice for sims to see when they come to enter the home. It is great that there is a gardening patch there for sims to enjoy growing and harvesting plants. The stone exterior texture of Small Wonder looks nice, and the open shutter windows and flower boxes look pretty! It is nice that you have an easel there for sims to enjoy painting outdoors in the sunshine.
They are very nice starters

Hello

I've made a built for you tonight but I realized you wrote two different sizes: 20x15 and 15x20 in the two first posts. Does it matter? or you accept both for your challenge?

I made it on a 20x15 but I can always rework it for a 15x20 if you prefer! let me know

Empty Greene House is very nice! @EuphorialQueen

The green colour of the exterior and the red flower box windows look very nice together. The front porchway entrance is very nice! The spandrels look nice that you have used them there. It looks very nice the way you have placed the angled open hedge gating at the front of the build. It is nice that there are two basement levels in the build.
It is a very nice unfurnished starter
