Which computer should I pick?

So I asked someone to build me a (desktop) pc that could run the Sims 4 smoothly on good graphics. They sent me a few concepts, so I would like to know what you guys think of it. I just copied the abbreviations, which I'm sure you'll understand, since the description is in Dutch, which I doubt you'll understand). I will add some things from the website that I think may be relevant, won't translate those, but I'm pretty sure you understand more of it than I do.

The 'best' version:
Motherboard: ASUS H81M-K
Formfactor: µATX
Grafisch: onboard , 1x PCIe x16
Socket: 1150
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-4460
Kloksnelheid: 3.200 MHz
Kernen: 4 cores
Socket: 1150
RAM: Crucial 8 GB DDR3-1600 Kit
Capaciteit: 8 GB
Timings: CL8 8-8-24
Module: 2 stuk(s)
GPU: MSI GTX 960 2GD5T OC
Grafische chip: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960
Geheugen: 2 GB (GDDR5, 128 bit)
Bezette slots: 2 Slots
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO
Capaciteit: 120 GB
Snelheid: Lezen: 540 MB/s, Schrijven: 520 MB/s
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14
Capaciteit: 1 TB
ms/Cache/rpm: 8,5 ms/64 MB/7.200 rpm
PSU: Corsair CX430M
Vermogen: 430 Watt
Geluidssterkte: 14,6 - 31
Kenmerk: Kabelbeheer, Actieve PFC, 80 PLUS Bronze

The 'cheapest' version:
Has no SSD
Uses this GPU: XFX R7 260X Core Edition
Grafische chip: AMD Radeon R7 260X
Geheugen: 2 GB (GDDR5, 128 bit)
Bezette slots: 2 Slots

Version 3:
Has no SSD
Uses the 'better' GPU

Version 4:
Has the SSD
Uses the 'lesser' GPU

I think this is all the info you require, if not, please say so, I'll see if I can find it.

The best version is much above my budget, so I'd rather pick one of the other options. Actually only the cheapest version is within my budget, but I indicated it would be OK to go a little over it. Not sure whether I should choose Version 3 or 4 (or go for the cheaper no. 2).

Anyway, thanks for looking at it! :)

hey @MDianaSanders build lists looks good for gaming the two pieces of hardware that count the most is processor and card. you could go for option 3 and add an ssd later.

I don't understand everything it says as some of it is still in Dutch. (I think)
Not sure of form factor as it looks like it's written weird.
But option 1 or 3 would be fine. Depends how bothered about ssd you are.

What you listed as best version is good.. however I would get at least a 500 watt power supply.
    i7 6700K
    16GB hyper X fury
    MSI GTX 1080
    MSI gaming M5 mobo
    Evga 750 supernova
    Corsair hydro h110i GT
    Corsair obsidian 750D
    500GB SSD
    6TB Seagate Barracuda Pro
    LG 34" ultra wide

Thank you all for commenting :). I'll think I'll pick version 1 after all, I can afford it so it's easier to get the whole package at once. (I guess considering a cheaper option is due to my Dutch mentality ;) at least the video card comes with a free game)
