Needs Missing

Yo.
My Sims' needs are missing.
She went to the library, came home, and all of her needs are just...white bars. There are clearly arrows showing decay of the needs, but those arrows persist even if I do something to try and help the need (ex. hunger continues to show the red arrow despite the Sim eating).

Issue doesn't persist if I restart the entire program most of the time, but it will occasionally stay messed up. Is there a "reset Sim" cheat available to the public to use for issues like these?

(Yes, I've done all of the normal steps [deleting cache, repair game, etc.]. Didn't help.)

Hello.
Are there mods that may be causing the issue? Perhaps check to make sure that they aren't causing problems.
Does it effect just one sim? It may be that one sim who is glitched.
There is the cheat where you can type testingcheats true , then shift click the sim and press " cheat motive" then " make happy" and that will fill all bars.

The reset sim cheat is resetSim (first name) (second name)

Also sometimes travelling to another lot again can help to fix up issues like this.

Tried it without mods and it changed nothing. Cheat motive does nothing, as the bars are white and stay that way. I tried resetting object on the Sim, I tried cheating their motives full, nothing worked. Reset Sim didn't work either.

Travelling to another lot then back helped briefly, but when she left the lot and returned again (she has to leave the lot to do things for her job, like reading, because she doesn't have much in her house), the issue'd returned. It's a finicky issue that keeps happening. If it helps, the Sim resides in Newcrest.

Have you tried resetting your sims 4 folder? To do that, move your sims 4 folder to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Start a new game and test to see if the sim in that game has any issues with their needs bars. If the game is working okay, exit the game and then add back the "options.ini" file and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" "custom music " and "mods" folders to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated file/ folders with the old file/folders.
It may also be a corrupt save game file. Perhaps save your sim to your library, then place her in a new save game and test to see if her needs issues are still there.
