Custom Content Sectionals???

I've looked around for some nice sectionals for my game, but I have found nothing yet. Does anybody know where I can find any? TS4 is in desperate need of some nicer furniture! If you do know of any sites, please post the links! Thank you!

I haven't found any sectionals yet either. It may be that the content creators are waiting until they are introduced before they can create a new mesh for them since there aren't any currently in the game so there isn't any coding for them.
