DL'd two mods, only one is showing up

I'm new to using mods, and recently downloaded my first two-fewer_stalkbys and nocull. They're both present in the mods folder, but when I start up the game, the pop-up that shows the mods only shows the fewer_stalkbys one. Did I miss a step with the nocull, or is it in there, but it just doesn't show up?

Also, any other good mods for population control? My aim is to have as few NPCs as necessary in my towns, and to keep them from stalking my played sims as much as possible.

In your Game Options, turn on the option to use script mods.

For other population control, take a look at the MC Command Center.

Yeah, I saw that one, I may give it a try. Thanks for the advice.

I figured out the nocull problem, I deleted & redownloaded it, and the new file named looked completely different, so I must have put the wrong file, or only part of the file in it. Understandable mistake, since it was the first one I ever dl'd. It's in there now.
