Perpetrators and Victims Challenge

Rules
-No mods other than the ones below that are needed or suggested.
-No cheats other than using motherlode twice at the start to build the lot
-Normal lifespan

Mods
-I suggest that you get The Murder Mod as it makes this challenge a whole lot better as it gives you the option to sentence victims to death and/or hold rebellion attacks with the resistors. modthesims.info/download.php?t=541462

Starting Off
-Build two separate buildings; one of a higher quality and with three levels, one of very low quality and only one floor.
-Build a garden area
-Make four victim and four perpetrators.

Perpetrators
These sims are pure evil. They set out to ruin everyone in their households life. They have hold over their victims.

- Traits: Has to have at least one of the following traits: Mean, Evil, Hates Children, Insane, Hot Headed, Snob, Materialistic
- Aspiration: Public Enemy, Chief of Mischief, Fabulously Wealthy, Mansion Baron

The Ranks
[1]Crook- This is the first rank. These sims have only just begun on their pathway to evildom. They can only access the lower floor of the perpetrator building and cannot socialise with any perpetrator higher than Black Hat. They must do all the cooking in the building, as the victims cannot be trusted with food. They also cannot leave the lot. To rank up they must win a fight with a culprit. (or win three fights with a victim if there are no Culprit's).

[2]Culprit- This is the second rank. These sims only have access to the first floor and can only socialise with Crook, fellow Culprits and Black Hats. They are slightly higher than crooks in that they can leave the lot and do not have to cook for people. To rank up they must become enemies with three victims.

[3]Black Hat- This is the third rank. These sims have access to the second floor and can socialise with any perpetrators lower than Wrongdoers. They can leave the lot and also bring in bystanders (see below) as victims. To do this they will have to be willing to build up a relationship with bystanders, invite them to live with them and then stab them in the back (metaphorically) and become enemies with them. To rank up they must pickpocket and bring in a bystander.

[4]Wrongdoer- This is the fourth rank. These sims have access to the second floor and can socialise with any perpetrators lower than them. They can leave the lot and also bring in bystanders as victims. They are in charge of taking and watching chosen victims (Head of the Family Victims) to lots where they can fish and issuing punishments to victims (so you could make a punishment room and get the punished victims to stand in there or they could slap the punished victims etc). To rank up they must successfully win ten fights against victims, one fight with one of the lower perpetrators and pickpocket five bystanders.

[5]Outlaw- This is the fifth and last rank. These sims are the highest of the perpetrators and respected by all perpetrators below them. They hardly socialise with the victims, unless they feel like having a fight, and they often fight with bystanders that annoy them. They are the only people that can recruit new perpetrators and sentence a victim to death. They have access to the third floor, the only people that do.


The Tasks
-Reach Mischief Level 10
-Reach Athletic Level 10
-Get in a fight with every victim at least twice
-Must become Enemies (I don't know what the highest bar of hatred is called) with everyone except fellow perpetrators

Victims - These sims cannot escape the wrath of the perpetrators. Taken from the outside of the lot, they really don't want to be here. They can head off on two different paths.

-Traits: Any except from Evil
-Aspiration: Any except from the Deviance category.
-Can escape lot once completed all the tasks and only on every second week from the first week they joined. (1st week can't leave, 2nd week can't, 3rd week can etc)

The Ranks
[1]Outsider - These sims are new to the camp and scared. They don't know anyone and feel very lonely. They are extremely shy and cautious and find it hard to socialise with others out of mistrust. To rank up they must level up once in the gardening skill and become friends with another victim.

[2]Interloper - These sims are not considered to belong yet. They have the choice when they rank up on whether they want to go on to become a resistor or a continue to integrate with the victims. To rank up they must be at level 3 in gardening skill and be friends with three other Interlopers/Outsiders. Now to decide whether they want to go on to be a resistor or continue being a victim.

[3]Friend of the Family - These sims have decided to stay a victim and have become a friend of the family. They did not want to risk the lives of more victims by resisting the wrath of the perpetrators so openly and visibly. To rank up they must become friends with five victims (at least one should be higher than friend of the family) and be level 5 in gardening skill.

[4]Part of The Family - These sims are part of the family. Because of their obedience, the perpetrators have decided that these sims can enter the perp building and clean up the dishes for them. This gives them access to the oven which they can sneakily cook meals on to sneak home when no perpetrators are looking. To rank up they have to sneak five meals home and be friends with all the victims.

[5]Head of The Family - These sims are friends with all the victims and therefore are the head of the family. They get the biggest bed in the building and the most stolen vegetables, however they usually share them out to others anyway. They have now have to clean the top floor of the perp building and they have to leave the lot everyday for three hours to fish. They now have the chance to escape seeing as they have access to the outside world.
The Tasks
-Reach Handiness Level 10
-Reach Gardening Level 10
-Reach Fishing Level 10
-Try and avoid socialisation with the perpetrators at all times.
-Must become friends with all fellow Victims.

Resistors

These sims refuse to be treated the way they are treated. They have the chance to escape if they get to the top rank. They can still get free if they complete all the tasks from the victims task list but they can only escape every 4 weeks, but there could be the chance to escape earlier.

The Ranks

[1]Barely Defiant - These sims have done hardly anything to offend the perpetrators. They don't have many friends as they have virtually put everyone in danger and haven't done enough to be respected by the higher resistors. To rank up they must yell 3 times at the perpetrators and get in a fight (they don't have to win).

[2]Uncooperative - These sims refuse to fish food for the perpetrators and keep all the harvest from the plants they harvest. They do still share the produce out. To rank up they have to become friends with most of the victims and win a fight with the perpetrators.

[3]Rebellious - These sims are respected by all. They bring in food for all the victims and do not give into the orders of the perpetrators. They often shout and yell at the perpetrators. To escape, they must have won a fight with every perpetrator and be level 10 in athletic skill.

Betrayers

These sims can be from the victims or from the perpetrators.

Perpetrator Betrayers
If these sims get caught helping the victims by a perpetrator, their sentence should be death.

The Ranks

[1]Uncomfortable - These sims are uncomfortable with the way that the victims are being treated. They refuse to get into fights with the victims. To rank up they must Try And Cheer Up 3 victims.

[2]Sneaker - Theses sims can't stand the way the victims are treated anymore and make it their mission to help the victims. They sneakily avoid the watching eye of other perpetrators and make the victims life just a tiny bit better. To rank up, they must be friends with at least one victim, harvest 3 plants and give the produce to the victims.

[3]Perpetrator No Longer - These sims have had enough of sneaking around. They don't like the way things are being run and decide to leave the perpetrators. (Resistor Story) They decide that they will join the victims and try and fight for them from the resistors side. To do this, they have to get into a fight with a Crook. When they join the resistors, they're rank will be Uncooperative. (Rescuer Story) They decide that they are going to leave the campsite all together and take one of the victims with them. To do this, they must have five stacks of harvest in their inventory and five plates full of food and be BFF's with one of the victims.

Victim Betrayers
If these sims get found out by their fellow victims then they will be hated by all victims and get into regular fights with them.

The Ranks

[1]Tell Tale - These sims are fed up of the way they are living and decide that if they tell on one of their fellow victims, then maybe they will get rewarded by the perpetrators. To rank up, they must gossip with a crook twice.

[2]Snitch - These sims are selfish and having been rewarded by the perpetrators for telling on one of the victims, decides that they will tell the perpetrators who are the resistors. To rank up, they must gossip to a black hat ten times and be friends with every crook.

[3]Evil - These sims have done absolutely everything they can to get in the perpetrators good books. Having done so, they get invited to stay with the perpetrators. To get invited by the perps, they must gossip to every perpetrator, be good friends with a crook and be positively acquainted with an Outlaw.

Rescuer

Rescuers are townies from the outside that visit the victims. They can save the victims if they become BFF's with them and ask them to move in. They can ONLY ask the victims to move in when they are BFF's. You can only switch to a rescuer's household when they have become best friends with one of the victims.

Bystander

The bystanders are the other townies that don't visit the victims and just ignore what is clearly going on before their eyes.

To Finish The Challenge

Perpetrators Rule

-Have recruited at least five more perpetrators.
-Have enslaved at least six more victims.
-Have $1,000,000 in the household funds.
-Have one sim that has reached the top of the criminal career.
-Have three sims that have reached the top rank.

Victims Escape

-Have all victims be at least good friends.
-To have three stacks of fish, vegetables, herbs or fruit in every victims inventory.
-To have every victim be happy at the same time.
-To have every victim escape.

Resistors Win

-Have every resistor reach Level 10 in athletic skill.
-Have one stack of fish, two stacks of vegetables, one stack of herbs and three stacks of fruit in every resistors inventory.
-Have every resistor win a fight against every perpetrator.
-Have a resistor/resistors kill every Outlaw.
