Julia and Ty are getting married. She has tried to find a dress to suit her but hasn't found anything yet. She is also having trouble finding a bridesmaids dress and a flower girl dress too. She needs your help.
Julia wants you to;

Design a wedding dress, a bridesmaid dress or a flower girl dress for the upcoming ceremony.

Meet the Bridal Party

Pictures, info and download links for the wedding party.

The Bride

Julia was originally Ty's imaginary friend, she spends most of her time in human form now and will be human for the wedding.
She likes gardening and animals.
She has a varied style, a lot of styles look nice on her.
She doesn't mind not looking like the traditional bride on the day ( short dresses, tops and skirts etc) She'd prefer not to be showing too much skin.
Her hair is dark green with purple highlights. It's long and should stay long for the wedding.

The Bridesmaid

Marlana Kay is a teen who is artistic and rebellious.
She often tries to annoy her parents with her style choices.
Her favourite colour is red but she likes bold patterns too.
All colours suit her but I'd stay away from green because it'd look odd with her skin tone.
Her hair is short, blue with red highlights.
The star makeup on her face should remain ( technically not makeup if ya get me)

Flower girl

Niq is a child who is insane and easily impressed.
She loves Julia and often tries to copy her.
Her favourite colour is turquoise and she loves animals.
She loves all colours and patterns.
Her hair is mid length and turquoise.
The stars on her face should remain, same as Marlana.

The Wedding and the Kay Family

Names going clockwise from the left corner- Ed Kay, Kayla (mother of the groom), Tyrece Andrews ( groom), Julia Kay ( bride) Baby Dot Kay ( bride and grooms plantsim baby), Marlana Kay ( bridesmaid), Lafayette ( brother of the groom) Cat whose name I forget right now (poor cat, always forgotten) Shaniqua Kay ( flower girl) and Natalie Owen the dog.

The Kay family are originally from Sunset Valley but moved to Lunar Lakes a few years ago. Ty and Julia have recently graduated high school and have moved out. Baby Dot is a surprise baby as a result of too much time playing with the seed splicing machine thing. They have been engaged since forever and have decided to finally tie the knot.
The wedding will take place in Lunar Lakes ( I have a venue but I might change it)

Do's and Don't do's

Do
Have fun, be nice, be cool.
Enter up to 2 times per category.
Use sims3 items.
Use any Ep's you want and all Sp's except Katy Perry.
Use any store items you want except for bonus or exclusive items .
Use CAP as long as you include link to the pattern used.
Use dresses or tops and skirts combos to make your outfit.
Upload your creation the sims3 exchange so I can play with it.
Add pictures to your entry to show off how amazing your outfit is. ( you can edit some but I'll need to see at least one normal pic so I can see colours etc).
Download the girls if you want ( not a requirement, it just might help you when you're dressing them).
Feel free to use or edit any of the outfits the girls are wearing already.
Use the entry form on the first post.
Remember the age groups of the girls when making outfits for them.
Use clothes that can be found in the casual category only ( This will give you guys more options of clothes)
Ask questions if you're not sure or I'm being mad and confusing.

Don't Do
Be mean, steal other people stuff or just generally be a plum.
Use CC, Katy Perry, T-Mobile, Dr Pepper or exclusive stuff I don't have.
Use outfits previously uploaded by you (I'd like new stuff please).
Use trousers or swimwear or anything "normal people" wouldn't wear to a wedding.

Winners!!

Congratulations to all the winners, this was very very tough to judge, such gorgeous outfits and hairstyles, my girls will look amazing on the wedding day and for any occasion hereafter for a while

Thanks so much to all the entrants, so much effort put in, everyone did an amazing job.

The Bridesmaid dress and hairstyle for Marlana is very nice! @okester

The red colour scheme of her outfit looks very nice. She will enjoy wearing her favourite colour at the wedding. The red shoes, stockings, bracelet and hat look nice together and complement her dress. Very nice recolouring of the dress! Her hat looks very nice with her green skintone, Her red and white earrings and necklace are very nice wedding outfit accessories.
Her clothing and hairstyle are very nice!

I was messing around in game tonight and I made outfits for the lads.
I made one for Ty but I won't share it cos I don't want it to effect the entries. Also it's liable to change depending on the entries too.
Actually these outfits could change too, just thought I'd share them though

Ed and Kayla are working on getting Laf to agree to take the bandana off for the actual day itself, it's not going well so far.

The wedding outfits that you have made for Ed and Lafayette look very nice! @Rockleyfamily.

The blue colour scheme of them looks very nice. It looks nice how you have used two shades of blue for Ed's outfit. His shoes compliment well with his clothing.
Perhaps Laf will enventually agree to not wear his bandana for the wedding day? The red bandana looks nice with the outfit if he does end up keeping it on.

I'm probably no great designer, but your Ladies all three look so interesting I couldn't resist. Usually I'm very careful with colours and choose very soft and muted ones, seeing these intense green and purple just caught my eye. My absolute favourite is Shanique, I love her hair and she has such an adorable face. Hope you don't mind if I borrow them for my game someday!?

Would it be ok to post something for every category? I just couldn't stop myself, and maybe wanted to share some of it.
I just read Julia has a green thumb and seeing all those greens just made my think of something nature-inspired so I tried to stick to a sort of flower-theme throughout all outfits.
