Passing Down The Business

Now with the new Get To Work expansion there are a lot more challenges that can be made. I don't know if one like this has been made but it's relatively simple.
Here's the backstory:

Your grandmother was a brilliant baker. Her muffins and biscuits were known through out the country even in Sunset Valley. She passed away a few years ago from old age and your mother received the business. Although your mother was someone who didn't know the difference between flour and sugar she found her niche and took up fashion design. You probably don't remember but everywhere you went as a baby your mothers clothes were worn by everyone. Now she's getting old and she's telling you more and more about the generation store that has been passed down through generations. Your grandmother took up baking. Your mother did the fashion design. Now what are you going to pick?

Ok here's the info you're gonna need.

- Choose from the options of Woodworking, Painting, Writing, Appliances, Furniture or Collectibles for the items you are going to sell
- Have your mother live with you, although she can't contribute to stocking the store she can be an employee
- You can design your store any way you'd like
- Buy any lot you'd like for your store (no FreeRealEstate)


Important Rules

- Start off like the legacy challenge but instead of leaving yourself with 1,800 make sure you have 5,000 simoleons in your household funds.
- Make a YA sim any gender, any traits, looks, etc.
- Make the mother as an elder any looks and traits
- Purchase any lot you'd like(no FreeRealEstate)
- For taxes since there are no retail lot taxes, every 7 sim days deduct 225 simoleons for taxes
- When deciding what lot you'll use for your retail lot. Decide on which lot you'll live on, retail or home lot.
- Your main sim (the store owner) can not have a job other than working at the retail store
- Other sims can have jobs but if it's an active job (doctor, scientist or detective) then you will not be able to go to work with them
- You can choose an heir whichever way you like
- When the selected heir becomes a teen you need to become good friends with them and allow them to start contributing to stocking the store

Optional Stuff
- Spouses/Spares can work at the store just not help contribute to stocking it

Goal

Your goal is to pass down the store for 10 generations(you're allowed to repeat store types. Such as whether you sell paintings or books)
