Retail is glitched - no idea how to fix this?

I have tried repairing the game but it is no better, I also sold the store and purchased a new one to see if that worked, sadly it did not. I have absolutely no mods and no CC either?

I can't tell if my store made a profit, I have no idea what these codes mean?
