Keep in mind, some of those creators could be 13 year old kids or anyone who is just dabbling and doesn't have a clue.

Yes, because 13 year olds can't possibly make good content.

The Sims Resource is safe. Try The Sims 4/3 blog. That is a nice website for safe cc too :)

The only cc I use is 18th century colonial America clothing. I've also grabbed some harvestable food we don't get in the game. I also have some 18th century wallpaper, and recently added a handmade rug and flooring (wooden, much like Puncheon flooring of that time). So far, so good.

Somebody finally made the white linen cap I was so desperately searching for a few years back:

The main couple in my story showing off their finery:

Sarah and her father discussing her upcoming betrothal. She's wearing an 18th century style riding outfit.

I love when threads from years ago pop-up! I'll answer this anyway lol

It totally depends on where you download. I tend to stick to going to the actual creator's website (Tumblr, Patreon, etc.) and haven't run into any problems. Just be smart, have a decent anti-virus, and use adblocker for pesky pop-ups.
Like SJM? Like Kpop? Like Greek Mythology?
