Expand on career related rewards...

If the rumors of a career EP are true, I would hope that we would get more career rewards from each career.
I would like to see a sim be able to create his/her own studio/lab/office with career rewards specific to each career, either rewarded at promotion intervals or all at once. Not all of the objects need to be functional, some could be decorative, i.e. a framed gold record to hang on the wall for a musician. Perhaps some awarded through challenges.
Some ideas:
Music - recording studio
Science - laboratory tables and equipment
Cooking - professional Chef's kitchen (stove, refrigerator, butcher's block, etc)
Athletics - personal gym
Journalism - writing studio
Medical - office?
Military - separate objects to construct an obstacle course instead of one object
Business - office?
Law Enforcement - secret sanctuary?
Criminal - secret hideout
Politics - professional office
Entertainment - dressing room?
Education - classroom related objects (chalk board, desk, globe, etc.)
Non-career related lifetime wishes (gardening and fishing come to mind) could have their own rewards as well.
I'm sure many of you have other ideas, but I was always unsated by the lack of career related objects/rewards to decorate my sim's homes with, especially the mad scientist.
